Love to use the mop with a Makers Clean glass cloth for cleaning windows! No more bending and crouching… great results!
This is s copy of the email I sent to you last Wednesday:
I recently received my Maker’s mop, and I really like it but as you can see in the photo below, I have encountered a problem. I have been using only the dry, dusting mop on my floors but today I decided to wash one of our floors and you can see that when I attached the pad it pulled the adhesive tape from the mop head. I am wondering if I need a new mop head, or can you tell me how to repair this one? I am so sorry that this happened, but I don’t think that I was overly rough with it in anyway.
I look forward to hearing from you, Melissa. Thank you very much.
Hi Nadene. Thank you for your note, and we're sorry to hear you've run into this issue with your mop. We'd be happy to send a replacement your way ASAP. Can you please send a note to email@example.com so we can get that out to you? Looking forward to hearing from you!
I live in an apartment, and storage is an issue. I like the combination of your mop and a spray bottle to clean the floor, rather than hauling out my old spin mop apparatus each time. As well, I like how easy it is to attach the mop pad, as well as the option to affix an alternate cleaning cloth. Finally, the mop pad, the easy rotation and the ridge along the middle of the mop head all help to make cleaning effective. I even enjoy it (most of the time)!
Love the mop and love Melissa's highly entertaining how-to videos. I've even purchased spray bottles and mixed up the cleaning recipes...so ya, I 'drank the Makers kool aid'...thanks...my house is WAY cleaner, and that's gotta be a good thing!!
It is so easy to use and then just throw pad in the washing machine.
